A hospital stay is no way to spend the holidays. Unfortunately, one man is hospitalized just a day after the Christmas holiday due to Fort Smith auto accident injuries.

According to The Times Record, a Fort Smith auto accident involving a pedestrian occurred Sunday night around 8 p.m. on North Greenwood near the fire station when the 54-year-old wearing dark clothing was struck by a northbound car.

The Fort Smith auto accident injury victim had to be taken to a local hospital for critical injuries suffered in the accident.

Conway auto accident injures teacher

Though our own driving skills may be superior, we can’t always count on the quality of our peers on the road. Sometimes their mistakes can be our problems.

That was the case in a Conway auto accident, according to KATV. The Conway auto accident involved a 60-year-old woman, a teacher at a Conway school.

The crash occurred at the intersection of College Avenue and Prince Street when a 24-year-old woman ran a red light and struck the teacher’s van.

The current condition of the Conway auto accident injury victim is not known.

Man loses life in Rogers auto accident

Sometimes auto accidents are the result of one driver’s error and another’s inability to defend oneself from that error. However, sometimes a fatal auto accident can result from a  crash involving only one vehicle.

One fatal Rogers auto accident involved a single vehicle, according to Northwest Arkansas Online.

The Rogers auto accident occurred when a 2000 Dodge Neon carrying three men and a woman rolled three times, landed in a ditch, and ejected the driver, a 25-year-old man who died as a result of the crash.

The driver of the Neon was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the  Rogers auto accident, which occurred on North Arkansas Street.

Company can resume selling eggs after Arkansas defective product injury risks

We are always looking out for some defective product. Despite government efforts to keep defective products off store shelves and out of consumers’ hands, some products slip through the cracks.

You may recall earlier in the year a recall of eggs because of risks for Arkansas defective product injuries such as salmonella. The contaminated eggs were responsible for 1,800 sick patients and put consumers at risk for Arkansas defective product injuries, according to Arkansas Matters.

However, the company has now been given FDA approval to start selling eggs produced in two of its henhouses.
